On the morning of March 1, a 38-year-old antique dealer was arrested on the spot in Fukuoka Prefecture on suspicion of sexual assault. He allegedly restrained a 33-year-old female convenience store employee from behind, forcibly kissed her, and touched her body.
At around 9:15 AM in a convenience store in Dazaifu City, the woman was suddenly grabbed from behind by the man, who then forcibly kissed and groped her.
The victim fled to a nearby company and asked for help. A male employee who responded called the police. Officers arrived and found the suspect inside his car in the store’s parking lot, where he was immediately arrested.
During questioning, the suspect denied the allegations, saying, "I don't know, I haven't slept for three days."
