A 55-year-old demolition worker from Sapporo has been arrested for violating public nuisance laws after exposing himself to a female convenience store clerk while wearing sheer stockings without any underwear.
The incidents took place on the nights of November 16th and 29th, 2024, at a convenience store in Sapporo. The man entered the store wearing see-through stockings on his lower half and deliberately exposed himself to a female clerk in her 40s.
According to police, he chose times when there were no other customers around. While wearing a jacket, he had no underwear on and walked around the store in just the stockings. He then went to the counter to buy something, deliberately getting too close to the female clerk.
The store manager reported the incidents to the police, leading to the man's arrest. He had no prior connection to the woman and admitted to the charges, saying he did it out of curiosity.
