According to Soka City officials, a suspicious incident involving a male middle school student took place on a street in Choei around 2:45 PM on the 28th.
Two young men, one with black hair and the other with blond hair, wearing worker uniforms, approached the student and said, "Can we have your soul so we can go play pachinko?" before walking away.
In response, local PTAs and police have stepped up patrols in the area.
