Two striking new skyscrapers, each standing approximately 180 meters tall, will soon dominate the skyline of Dubai’s Marasi Marina. These towers are connected at their highest floors by a dramatic "sky pool."

The 13-meter-long infinity pool, designed to blur the boundaries between sky and sea, is suspended high above the ground. However, it will not be accessible to the general public—or even the majority of the residents of the luxury towers. Instead, the pool is part of an exclusive space the architects call the "ultra penthouse."
The new residential development, called Regent Residences Dubai, will consist of 63 luxury apartments. Once completed in 2027, the property is expected to be valued at $1 billion (approximately ¥157 billion). The 3,250-square-meter penthouse will feature six bedrooms, a private gym, and its own elevator.
Viewer Comments:
Residents who can’t use the pool should look up at the sky and be satisfied.
A vinyl pool at home is enough for me.
For most residents, this pool is just a ‘pie in the sky’—or ‘water in the sky’, rather.
